European Young Engineers (EYE) is an international non-profit network that connects young engineers, engineering students, and professional associations across Europe. Founded in 1994, EYE represents young engineers from more than 20 European countries and aims to be "the voice of young engineers in Europe.”
EYE promotes collaboration between engineering professionals, industry, academia, and policy stakeholders through a strong focus on networking, skills development, innovation, and international cooperation.
One of the highlights of the EYE community is its bi-annual conference programme, with two conferences held each year in different European cities, hosted by member organisations. These events bring together young engineers from across Europe for technical talks, workshops, industry visits, networking activities, cultural experiences, and professional development opportunities.
Porto will host the EYE Autumn Conference this September, welcoming the European young engineering community to Portugal for an inspiring event focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of engineering.
