Who can participate in the conference?

There are no strict conditions or access restrictions.

All young engineers, students, professionals, and guests interested in engineering and innovation are welcome to join.

Can I attend the conference for free?

No. Participation requires a valid registration and a paid ticket. That can be easily be booked through this website.

What is the duration of the conference?

The EYE@Porto2026 conference will last 4 days, from the 24th until the 27th of September 2026.

Where will the conference take place?

The main venue will be located in Porto, Portugal.

Detailed venue information will be shared on the website closer to the event. Any updates or changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

What will be the main communication channel?

All relevant information and communication will be managed through a WhatsApp group chat were attendees will be added after the payment is confirmed.

Will this be a hybrid or online event?

No. EYE@Porto2026 is a fully in-person conference.

We look forward to welcoming you physically in Porto for a complete networking and cultural experience.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance by email after the conference.

How can I register for the conference?

Registration will be available through the official website.

You can secure your place by completing the registration form and selecting your ticket type.

What is the registration deadline?

The deadline will be Early Bird Deadline 15-08-2026 and final Registration Deadline 15-09-2026.

We recommend early registration as places may be limited.

Are there any discounts or special conditions?

Yes. Discounted rates may apply for Early bird registrations.

What is included in the conference fee?

The registration fee typically includes:

• Full access to the conference programme (panels, workshops, discussions, technical sessions)

• Welcome reception

• Coffee breaks and lunches (as per programme)

• Gala Dinner

• Certificate of participation

Not included: accommodation, travel, and personal expenses.

Yes. The Gala Dinner is included in the standard conference registration fee.
